Jennifer Erlinger has been an attorney since 2004. She attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate degree and continued on to Stetson University for both her Juris Doctor and her MBA. She has worked for the people of Florida prosecuting criminal cases, public officials, and also working to protect children in foster care. Jennifer's experience in family, criminal, and administrative law are tools at her clients' disposal to get the best result for their cases.
In 2017, Jennifer joined Wood, Atter, & Wolf, P.A., a local Jacksonville firm established in 1957, where she has specializes in family law and criminal defense. She is honored to continue the incomparable reputation of Wood, Atter, and Wolf, P.A.
Jennifer understands how hard divorce can be on the family going through it. Having experienced her own high conflict divorce, with a child at the center, she has seen first hand how divorce impacts children and families.
Jennifer has one daughter, and is a highly involved parent. The bond that she shares with her daughter is her guiding principle throughout her life.
Being a part of the greater good is very important to Jennifer. From volunteering at her daughter's school to organizing disaster aid, Jennifer believes in a hands on approach to community involvement.
